Biographical sketch

An Engineering Geologist with an MSc and PhD in Engineering Geology. An academic for over twenty years in geology and applied geology. I have been involved in several mapping projects, mineral exploration, teaching and research in the field of engineering geology. My research interests lie in landslides, the understanding of the stability of slopes, the uncertainties associated with slope stability studies and rock engineering problems in open pit and underground mines. Have presented papers on international conferences in Engineering Geology and Rock Engineering. I have served as a reviewer for several papers for journals and international conferences pertaining to engineering geology and rock engineering. Served as auditor for the Council for Geosciences.
